Your referred patient will be assigned a dedicated care-coordinator. The care-coordinator will be their main point of contact here at UKSMD and will support them throughout their medical journey, from arranging their initial consultation to ensuring any post-operative care is seamlessly organised. Careful consideration is given to the selection of the most suitable expert at the closest possible location, and your patient’s care-coordinator will keep them informed and reminded of their appointment dates and treatment schedules, ensuring reports are provided, where appropriate, in a timely manner.
